New LE Web site is working for you!

We thought about it. We analyzed it. We had meetings devoted to it. And then, we did it. LEGO Education has a brand new Web site. Now, the site more closely reflects the unique and exciting experiences LEGO Education brings to the classroom. A fresh interface makes navigation around the site easier and more intuitive, and the redesign includes new areas that can be useful to educators and students alike.

The LEGO Education Web site now has four main sections: Connections, Activities, Store, and Support. In the LEGO Education Store you will find all the same LEGO Education products that offer stimulating, hands-on learning opportunities. In the Support section, you will find answers to your questions about ordering, shipping, billing, and more. In the future, expect to see even more resources in the Support section, including information about how to get started with a LEGO Education setup or how to expand and build on your current setup.

In the Connections area you will find information about basic science, technology, engineering, and math principles that serve as the context for LEGO Education sets and activities. Connections content is aimed at you and your students, ready to serve as your reference for the fundamentals.

Finally, the Activities area is your source for activities that use LEGO Educational products to support your established curriculum. Educational professionals just like you write most of these! Maybe you’ve created an innovative activity using LEGO Education products and would like to share it with other educators. Get ready to do just that, as the Activities area will soon feature a section for you to submit your original activities. As educators use the Activities section, they’ll have the chance to rate and review the activities. This will help you find the best activities for your classroom.

One of the neatest parts of the new Web site is its interconnectivity. For example, look at an activity page. On the right side of the screen, we’ve listed related topics, activities, and products. Everything is right there and easy for you to use. Why don’t you visit now and check it out for yourself? www.LEGOeducation.us
