Where's My Order?
You may check the status of orders placed online by signing into your account and clicking the Order History button.
In-stock items normally ship from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of your order. (Orders placed after business hours on Fridays, during the weekend, or on holidays normally ship the next business day.) When your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. This e-mail is generally sent around 5:30 p.m. CT.
If your order has been delayed, it may be due to one or more of the following:

- One or more of the items on your order is out of stock. We usually ship in-stock items right away and then ship the out-of-stock items at a later date.
- Peak seasons sometimes cause a short delay in order shipment.
