Q: How can I find the product I am looking for?
A: You can find a product by using the Search box on our Web site. It is located in the upper-right corner of the screen. You can search by name (for example, MINDSTORMS, sensor, or NXT base set) or by the four- or six-digit item number of the product if you know it. Type a word, phrase, or number into the Search box and then click Search or press Enter. Those products fitting your search criteria will appear on the screen. Click the image of the product you are interested in to see a full description.
Q: Can I buy LEGO® Education products in stores?
A: No. Our products are sold only through our Web site and catalogs to develop a complete educational solution with product and professional development options.
Q: How can I contact you?

Q: Why was I charged sales tax?
A: Some states require us to charge sales tax. Orders shipping to California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, and Texas will have sales tax added to the order. If you live in one of these states and are ordering on behalf of a tax-exempt organization, we will remove these taxes before billing you if you have an existing tax-exempt account with us and are paying with a purchase order or a credit card belonging to your tax-exempt organization. Proof of your organization's tax-exempt status must be on file.

Q: How long will it take to get my order using ground shipping?
A: LEGO® Education is centrally located in Pittsburg, Kansas, making ground delivery as fast as expedited shipping for parts of the country. Click here to determine the average number of transit days to your location. Processing an order can take up to 48 hours – though most are processed the same day they are received.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: When your order is shipped, we will e-mail you a notice of shipment with your tracking number. This notice will be sent to the e-mail address provided on your order. (Consider adding the domain LEGOeducation.us to your safe senders list to ensure that the message will not be blocked.)

Q: I am in a country other than the United States. Why can't I place an order on your site?
A: Our division serves customers in the United States. Other countries are served through a network of LEGO Education distributors. Click here and select the name of your country to find distributors in your area.
Q: How do I get a discount?
A: We sell our products primarily to educational institutions and educators. Our pricing is set with this in mind. Occasionally, we will offer discounted prices on particular products. To be notified of these special offers, please sign up for product news and special offers.
Q: How do I get technical help with a LEGO Education product?
A: Please call our Technical Support line at 866-349-5346 and one of our Technical Representatives will be happy to assist you.

Q: Where can I find building instructions for my LEGO set?
A: Navigate to the product page for your LEGO set. (You can do this quickly by using the search box. Simply type the product ID, name, or partial name of your LEGO set into the search box and press SEARCH. For example, to find building instructions for the LEGO MINDSTORMS Education Resource Set, type education resource set in the search box.)
When the product page is displayed, click the Resources tab. There you will find a list of downloadable building instructions for that set.
Q: What are the terms of a site license?
A: Use of a site license is limited to one geographical address such as a school and its rooms. There is no limit to the number of students or computers that can use the software.
Q: Do I have to be an educator to buy from your site?
A: No. Though our products are optimized for classroom use, they are available to anyone.
