How to Enable Cookies in Your Browser

Introduction

Cookies are required to order items on this site. They maintain your shopping cart as you browse from page to page. Also, after you sign in, a cookie maintains your log-on information as you move about the site. Internet Explorer 6.x-7.x

1. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.
2. Click the Privacy tab.
3. Click the Advanced button.
4. Check the Override automatic cookie handling check box.
5. Check the Accept check box under First-party Cookies.
6. Click OK on the Advanced Privacy Settings window
7. Click OK on the Internet Options window.

Internet Explorer 5.x

2. In the Options window, click the Site Controls icon (looks like a shield).
3. If you’re using Netscape’s customizable settings feature (under the Site List tab), add this site to your list of trusted sites.
   1. Click Add Site.
   2. In the Add Site Settings window, enter www.SiteName.com (replace SiteName with name displayed in the address bar) next to Domain.
   3. For Initial Trust Setting, select I Trust This Site.
   4. Click the Add Site button.
   5. Then, make sure the I Trust This Site setting enables cookies. (more info)
4. If you’re not using Netscape Trust Ratings, then make sure the default Trust Setting enables cookies.
   1. Click the Global Settings tab.
   2. If Do Not Use Netscape Trust Ratings is selected, notice what the default setting is – I Trust This Site, I’m Not Sure, or I Don’t Trust This Site.
   3. Click the Site List tab.
   4. Follow the instructions To Enable Cookies for a Trust Setting. (more info)
   5. Click OK at the bottom of the Options window.

To Enable Cookies for a Trust Setting:

1. Select Options from the Tools menu.
2. In the Options window, click the Site Controls icon.
3. Under Master Settings, click the desired trust level – I Trust This Site, I'm Not Sure, or I Don't Trust This Site.
4. Under Web Features, check the Allow cookies check box.
5. While you’re at it, consider checking the Enable JavaScript check box. JavaScript is required for many of the features of this site.

Netscape Navigator 7.x

1. Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
2. In the Category pane, click the arrow next to Privacy & Security to expand the menu.
