Mulligan’s uncle has disappeared, and the only clue is a mysterious note. Tagging along on the adventure is Mulligan’s friend, Veronica. Inside a dark and eerie warehouse, someone is testing the robot-building and robot-programming skills of these two friends, and the race is on to complete some very strange challenges and find Mulligan’s missing uncle.

Students will participate in two prechallenge activities and one main challenge as they build and program a robot by using the new HiTechnic Compass Sensor. CAD building instructions and complete programming instructions are provided along with Web links for downloading all programs used in the module.

Story and worksheets can be reproduced for helping students track their progress in prechallenge and main challenge activities.
